Simply put, the human company is ailing. Despite the proliferation of DEI training and lexicographic safe spaces, it still seems that when we individual humans come together to form working bodies of economy, often, survival instincts consistently override affiliative connection.

By softly shifting the foundation from survival, we gain the advantage of a workplace where sustainability becomes the measure of a true community powered by human genius.
